An example companies deliberately making a statement they know is going to be retracted , they ALL should know about the jorc code . What you can and can't do releasing old jorc numbers that are out of date and up not up to standard that is very common deliberate mistake that happens a lot far too often.

Have you never seen this same "mistake" from many different companies? It can't be a coincidence

The scoping study was based on historical JORC numbers and released early last year and never questioned by ASX

That wasn't the issue the "brains" trust at ASX complained about.
