Agree , that with continued development , the target prices are not out of reach at all.. Not sure about your 60 day projection, but with you in the 12 months or so projection. Infill drilling will shore up the resource for stage 2 , and further exploration could put a little rocket under this in the next 6 months.
Still from what we know right now, I think your numbers are not unreasonable
