potentially however the stock has big chance to re-rate again if a significant new customer contract is signed (which they angled at targeting in the investor Q&A / market comments)....we might have some 'choppy' waters post return on cap but I honestly see it as a buying opportunity
Dividend payout will be interesting to see where it lands i'm predicting $0.02 per share to $0,025 a share...what are others thoughts?
