    So I'm confused. Would you received the 92c return of capital + the 57c dividend as well as 1:10 Stantec shares as part of the consolidation? Or is that why the 92c is being distributed being the proceeds of the sale to Stantec?

    Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question...
