How is it Christmas present for those who are buying now on market above $1.49? It looks like Cardno is winding up business, as they will be selling APEC and America business so the only thing left with company is International development for which they are looking at strategic review including selling that business as well so basically shop closed?
those who bought at 30c this is really a Christmas gift but not for those who recently bought above $1.49 ... IMO.
