When I called CE a dog I was put down by a few bulls. Guess what I was correct and they were wrong. It is a dog. The next few days will be interesting. If a few shareholders panic sell it could get closer to 5c than 10c. Its lender must be getting concerned. Are they breaching and bank covenants or at least getting close to it?
