Yep and a return of capital so no tax payable until you sell the shares, nice... HZN took an approach of capital returns, and this was wonderful from an income perspective while having no tax payable.
Fully expect the share price to drop by 1.2c (or more) on the ex-return date though - so buckle up for some wild swings.
With oil price at the levels it is, CE1 should be able to maintain profitability and a dividend. Fits in my wheelhouse.
