    I'm one of the disappointed ones. This management needs to go.

    They said they would return 1.07 in value to shareholders. I found it quite cheeky to include the franking credits. Maybe that is where the confusion started hence those buyers that bought around 0.37.

    Now they talk about needing to keep more as a buffer for the liquidators. Like are they saying they didn't know of this before the EGM... It is unlikely we will see any of that money now. This is how liquidations go they just chew up the remaining cash. Call me skeptical.

    I'm just happy they didn't tie the capital return to the liquidation/delisting. I would be voting against the delisting and hopeful of an RTO to maximise some residual value.

    They way I see it is they are holding cash to hold SH to ransom. The liquidators must be worried that dissenting SH may drag this through the mud to claw back some termination fees.
