    On the contrary, the announcements today show what unrelenting pressure on management and calling them out every time they get it wrong can achieve.

    But not a good offer IMO and the market does not seem to be fooled, SP even with this still lower than the $0.08 when taken over.

    On balance no SH value in 8 months. (Offer a few pennies now with one hand, but take it away with the other hand by huge 50% dilution and loss of all that cash for nothing tangible. Very ordinary IMO.)
