Frank Condella was actually asked that question
at AGM . Why 1:20 rather than less. His answer
was so throwaway. Actually for someone who has
been on the board 4 and a half years his apparent
ignorance of Company details was a little disconcerting.
He kept asking advice from support staff. I am still
awaiting directors to become financially vested in
Mayne. Surely at this price they should be clamouring .
They are the ones spruiking shareholder value.
