Since there are now so many of us now in
hindsight questioning the management. Even
the most recent holders chasing dividends.
There were a few who were against this waste.
There is little doubt should they have done a
buyback or just banked the cash we would not
be in the present situation. Now if the mere retail
shareholders could foresee this with far less detailed
information , Why not the leadership. The word
vague was just attributed to the chairman. That is
an understatement from my interpretation of his
AGM . I believe he who has had 4 years to observe
the previous board ( hopeless ) just bided his time
sold Metrics to a company he had previous dealings.
None of the directors are investing there is more
to this route than we know. There was a $40m fee
for selling Metrics alone. I would love to know the
real distribution in detail. Call me a sceptic but this
company for the last 7 years appears to only benefit
staff. ( Big Time ).
