They realised that with their cash burn rate they'd have no money to pay their staff in a few months.
They also have paid out their debt facility with the sale of MCS (which is lucky as they have well and truly breached their $400m Market Capitalisation covenant now! (would have lost the company potentially!!!));
So they put everything except the SD on hold.
