Exactly what I was thinking everything seems to be planned by the old board a long time ago including the sale of the US factory etc.
They never told us shareholders a thing about it and therefore we had no say in what they were doing in order to line their own "retirement" pockets and it is now done.
Sales, Divvy and now a Consolidation seems to be for a future US listing and to give them a chance to get out beforehand with their money and unscathed.
Richards and his board cronies new exactly what they were going to do and what it would do to the company's value and shareprice that is why they got out beforehand with their package and "performance" rights intact before the sh** hit the fan.
It was all too easy for them. There should be a thorough investigation.
