Mate, until the TxD purchase and the SD the Market Capitalisation of MYX was basically the cash in the bank (AFTER debt paid). (tax on MCS sale aside)
Unfortunately the Market doesn't value any of the other parts of MYX at all. If this wasn't the case, there would have been a takeover offer on the table long ago and/or the share price wouldn't have been in free fall since the announcement of the MCS share.
MYX now have to show they can Market and Sell a product - they've told us they sold MCS (yeah right, more like covenants were about to breach) to "focus" on this.
Jury is definitely out, but that's where we stand.
