As with all distributions, you would expect the share price to reduce by around that amount once it's trading ex.
However, if you look at valuations such as by Bell Potter, the combined total (sum of the parts) is about 50c higher than the current SP.
Therefore, I'm thinking that $1.40 worth of payout may not necessarily equate to $1.40 reduction in.SP.
