They claim it was their idea. Enough people know that is not accurate. Reason this came out today before the 249d notice of meeting tomorrow is?,,,,,,

People who have been here long enough know I always pushed for equal treatment of all holders. Why would I give unquslified support to TH's 249d from the outset? As I said, regardless of what they do, I will not back the current board.

I fully believe had TH not taken up the cause, we still would be waiting for some ill conceived buyback option. I back TH and his board nominees, as I believe they offer us the best opportunity to ensure equality of outcomes for each shareholder.
