one off costs include the 300k usd termination payment, with high corp admin costs this quarter.
So I suspect they also include payments for return business class flexi flights from Houston to Perth for the AGM plus 5 star accomodation, per person that's 30k USD each easy, you can guarantee it's a junket with these guys. just my opinion.
Likely also some costs payable for the strategic options process.
