Flexi Business class tickets from Dallas to Perth via Sydney (return) will yield our beloved executive and management team (as likely Gold status members) 59,600 QFF points and 630 status credits EACH, 600 points is required to retain gold status. Probably a few of them have platinum status, if that's the case they will earn more points but the same status credits.

For the trip from Houston to Dallas I figure they will fly there in 1hr 15min, pickup with a limo (not sure they are tech savvy enough to order an 'Uber Premier'), 5 star hotel with room service, but dinner will be somewhere nice enough to order oysters and wings and one pound ribeye steaks, side of fries/mash, side of greens & dessert, all courses with wines to pair. Reckon they will tip 25% on everything coz they are good blokes, this will repeat over the following week imo.

So while the flights and hotels have likely been paid out of cash last quarter.... our restaurant, room service and limo bills (all with tips) will probably come next quarter, alongsde the phone bills for not bothering to get on a good data roaming plan as they do it hard travelly from Houston to Perth and back for the AGM, the team may need new phones, tablets and laptops for this trip! Clothes can be washed and ironed using the hotel in-house service but maybe there is a per diem clothing allowance as well.
