    I'm wondering if BYE are waiting for G4/6 to come online to determine their ability to finance a purchase of SM71. All a bit of a debacle so far. 7 months in and all they have managed to do is write a cheque from existing funds. I'd question why half of the positions exist - for a non operator with clearly no intention of exploration.
