I suspect that you are correct that they will still aim to sell assets.
I suspect that the hickcup is that commodity prices (future curve) has improved significantly from July 2023 (which increases cashflows/NPV), and that
the potential buyers haven't changed their Commodity Price Deck that that they are using to value the assets.
POO has move up about $5 / barrel and Gas is up a more modest, say $0.10.
