Ann: Return of Capital to Shareholders, page-98

Good email to them! My new daily activity is searching on the ATO if they've made a decision on the capital return (I think last time they published it on 20 May 2015 and OEL did a release the next day, so really a pointless activity for 24 hours notice unless wanting to snaffle a few more shares). If he's wanting the 300k for the capital return (they might be calling it a special dividend) then he's cutting it fine! I'm just curious as to how long we have to wait for the capital return as they said early 2024 and took about 1 month after the ATO ruling before it was paid (I think). So if the decision is not soon then it won't really be early 2024 (early to me is Jan to Mar and could do with it right now for other investments). They could make it more exciting if when the do the release saying its sorted with the ATO and payment is on the way that they are also planning another for late 2024 around 0.4 cps!
