they had no other option after the ato decision. There would have been 1000 negative messages here If they decided to buy back and not dividend after people were expecting the money
everyone is considering their own individual situation. They are trying to take into account a broad perspective
having said all that they should have known there was a chance of it not all being regarded as capital and not communicated as such - that is super jv / their advisors screwed up. They screwed up the whole decision making process with that error in judgement
personally I’ll buy more before the deadline to get more dividend / cr and hope that aura iq hits . I like a punt though
