    Hope you got those 60k, because there doesn't seem to be any more for sale at this price. If they bother to put out an announcement when the money from the land sale comes through, that could bring some short term notice since the cash will be pretty close to market cap. And yes, I think you could be on the money with them waiting for the FTA to go through before finalising Donald. This is a definite potential 10-bagger - something to day dream about at least.
