Hi Mary,
We can really only speculate on why the directors decided to return all of the cash.
It may have just been to close the discrepancy between the share price and the cash position which, for the largest shareholder, would not have been an ideal scenario.
Interestingly there is an improvement in the valuation of the company without all of the cash.
Obviously the directors have decided to source outside funding for the Donald project. Either way I believe they are honest people and will look after the shareholders in any scenario.
