Basically I look at the Cox's landholding being around 4.7km2 and whilst had some decent historical hits, the recent program didn't really expand on these categorically but returned more a....needs more $ and defining.

So couple that additional exploration spend with having to throw $800k-$1M now for ownership on top or drop $100k and some change for get out clause.

First pass on Star which also had decent historical hits has provided a much better prospectivity in my layman's opinion plus have One Weight & Erilstoun to look at and those parcels make up ~260+km2.

Me personally, I know where I prefer the excess say...$700k going at this time
