Shakes, I'm coming round to your point of view re monthly receipts per customer (mrcp) increasing. I just don't think mrcp is a metric that will rise exponentially for long. It will probably settle at a certain level soon as such I would model it as a constant number.
That said that number may be closer to $20 than $15. I see 2 types of average customer. 1) Subscription + 1 or 2 ppv/month 2) No subscription but 1 or 2 ppv/week Both would spend around $20/month
