This all sounds well and good, but as a mum/dad type investor who’s taken a risk and punt on PAM, I just hope whatever milestone they set out to achieve this year would at least allow the SP to cross the 70c mark by the end of 2023…
My fixed interest home loan is gonna expire and the capital I’ve put in PAM would be much better off offsetting interest in this ever increasing cash rate environment if it’s going to sit around idly under 40c. I still see the potential in PAM, it’s right there before all of us, but if the sweet IRR trajectory is plotted out for 3-4 years when my strategy involved cashing out in 1-2 back in 2021, this may prove a problem for my personal investment goals.
