YouGov is a multinational behemoth that does market research and panel services among other things. PPL is a panel service provider only and pseudo media agency with no consulting. I am aware of the differences in both operational models and calibre of personnel.

I do come on this forum for a chuckle at the arrogance and ignorance for all things pertaining to PPL, knowing full well the ins and outs of the company. I wouldn't bet on them with your money.
