    I am a consultant in the industry and know them and many others very well. I am very familiar with their tools and have used a demo version of their SaaS platform. Wasn't overly impressed.

    Unfortunately for PPL they are publicly listed and need to air their dirty laundry.

    I am sure they will improve as they've purged a lot of the dead wood but they operate in a cut throat industry with diminishing margins. Tough slog ahead for many in the same game.
