Yea 88E is funny, I've followed that stock for years, even traded it back when they only had 1 billion shares, now they have 6 billion shares a 600 mil MC and still no oil, PPL has revenue, cash, low debt and growth potential. All it takes is a change of sentiment and that could be us.
