In the screen shots below ICI's financial data only includes FY 2021 whilst PLY's data includes FY 2022. This is due to ICI reporting calendar yearly not fiscal yearly therefore I think we may be waiting till the end of year results before we see a rerate based on fundamentals.
If this years fundamentals were applied then the share price should be a multiple of the 8 cent EPS rather than a fraction of it.
