Hi Crazy Whilst I agree that the founders of Lemonsky, flying Sheep etc have bought into a longer term dream for the company, I doubt very much that they are feeling comfortable with the devaluation of their asset value. I have no doubt at all that privately there have been some uncomfortable discussions about the share price amongst the directors.
Imagine if you sold your house and the balance due to you was placed in escrow. During the escrow period your balance was devalued by 40% with further devaluations likely. The escrow terms allow you to delay receiving your gains until the price improves but the economy is down, so any plans made for you to enjoy your asset sale would need to be deferred until your proceeds return to full value or take a loss.
Good luck explaining that to the wife and kids.
