    Operating loss

    Which is not true

    The business is operating at cash flow positive atm from last 4c.

    If you put in all the investments ect yes Icandy lose money but it is not an operating cost.

    It was due to the acquisitions.

    Yes Westpac blew it up by using the wrong word.
