It may be time to appoint management whose sole purpose is to sell the business. The Yowie IP would be of value to a company like Cadbury who would know how to maximise sales and brand exposure.
In my opinion it would be better to salvage some value from this company ratger than let management slowly use up all the cash till the company is worthless
