    The question is for how long they have known that the targets were not achievable and how the Board address the issue over the years.Sales team work on commission and with years of unachievable targets motivation may not be very good .I will be surprised if this was not brought up several times to the Board attention but they kept selling their dream and today we finally have the reality.
