Been watching this stock for a while as I'm an ESH holder.
Kind of expected news like this to come through but the market response is a bit confusing.
Service will be pushed by eMedia and Emerge get a cut of the subscription/participation fees.
Were people expecting EM1 to get given access to their partners customer base and the lion's share of the revenue?
I think we may see a more attractive SP by the end of the month, if not end of the week.
