great logic and hard to argue
equally they have released that announcement with 3 days left in November which I suspect means that they crossed the line a few days prior to that (check books, confirm then approval via ASX to announce)
they also use the word "surpasses"- by default meaning above $5 million
the exciting question is by how far do they surpass !!!!
exciting times ahead IMHO
