Dividend payout is the only concern as there is no other rights, this is not a share this is a CDI.
No dividend then no value and better still this lot doesn't have a trading operation in Australia so limited exposure to the Corporations Act or ACL for products.
Tax loss might be useful if you can flick the CDI's off to some other sucker.
