If I were Brian and I was moving into retirement mode over the next 12 - 18 months I would be looking for ways to get my money out of the company. If I commission a 3rd party to recommend selling everything then it might be more palatable to shareholders. I don’t agree with this and believe we should stop work on everything and focus 100% on NV and get it into production, then use free cashflow to continue exploration of EP. Divest LD in parallel. Hopefully pick up another small oxide producer along the way and move it into production using funds from LD sale.
5 years down the track, sell EP porphyry and use money to explore SM to the point that it can be sold. Return proceeds to shareholders.
