At first glance looks odd. If you intend to have a genuine reveiw, why do a restructure and lock in existing people oncontracts for years?
Answer, I suspect, is that the company does want to do a reveiw of future directions to assure the market and potential investors. But they do not want to risk losing key staff who might be spooked by the inherent uncertainty involved in a reveiw.
