Yours is understandably a Western point of view. Over the last several years Cuba has enacted laws to encourage foreign investment. The investment is most likely to come from countries Cuba sees as freinds or aquaintances, but maybe not as adversaries. China and Australia have the ability to remain or become freinds. I don't think Australia will be pushed to the back of the bus unless we actively support the US in some agression towards Cuba. So, to that extent we are incontrol of our own destiny.

Anyway, I think what you have said is already factored into the share price.

P.S. The spy glass thing seems like a bit of a conspiracy theory to me, though I guess anything is possible.
