Now that I have had time to reflect, I actually think it's really poor that this sort of announcement can be made in the middle of a SPP period.
- They are extending the offer for longer, so others can use the information and decide if they should invest
- BUT, the flipside: They haven't suggested those who have already committed can change their mind?
I would have thought the information announced today should have been made known to all BEFORE the SPP
