Hi @Poet, thank you for your post as always. Hole 7 and 9 are impressive indeed. However, are you worried about there is no concentrated copper even though the 500+ meters of hematite/magnetite and 800 meters of sulphide? The chalcopyrite is only up to 1% in some intersection which equals to less than 0.3% copper. Based on the contact zone theory, the holes 7 and 9 should have intersected some decent meters of better grade of copper if there is an economic ore body nearby. Mt Lamb has been compared to Olympic Dam by many people, the first hole in Olympic Dam returned more than 40 meters of more than 1% copper, and the following 8 holes returned 10-90 meters of more than 1% copper before they hit the discover hole - more than 150 meters of 2.2% copper.
