standard, I suspect they found it on the merger of OZLs assets into BHP as they said OZL had same issue. Payroll audits are fairly standard to have in a large organisation and often errors are found. They admitted the error themselves and reported it, good on them. It’s not really an issue as they’ve found it, admitted it and will compensate. You’ll find interest is generally applied to such matters, I’ve had to deal with this very thing myself in a large organisation.
