I think Ausheds is right. The reason that Fuzzy has managed to get so far without being challenged is that Dr M wants a bigger piece of the pie and has his lapdog try and get it. Amanda's letter preempts this in that is requests that the Terms of Reference be restricted to compliance with existing rules and regulations and, by implication, that the commercial terms between Malaysia and LYC are not revisited. The old adage that the art of politics lies in subtleness is aptly demonstrated by Amada's open letter, which I am sure was written in conjunction with her senior Malaysian colleaques. Well done Amanda.
