Writing the letter makes perfect sense if Lynas operations has ascertained that  'the committee" is not a function of the PM's office. All we've seen so far is a long time anti-Lynas fanatic running her mouth in the local media. Let's not forget the same loose cannon's operations were defeated in court and ordered to pay all court cost. Their claims were baseless, it's a shame Lynas Management chose not to sue them for everything they owned including the clothes on their backs. Had they done so, the same baseless claims would not be in the news again.

As for now, the bears are not going to just give up when they smell fear. They are going to press their attack until every fearful investor has sold. That's why writing that letter is so important, the issue must be aired or even more investors will exit a great long term investment. Ms. Lacaze cares about the folks that write her paycheck.
