I hate the way management use phraseology like, " The asset has not lived up to the investment xase". As if it is the Assets fault. Dont be fooled everybody. It should read, "We made an error with the investment case". Followed by an apology and an explanation of measures they will take to prevent it happening again.
Great stock with excellent (ok a little less excellent today) assets, but I have no time for management that are responsibility avoiders
