Yes. Well it was a likely outcome.
Tribeca would appear to have nothing to gain by hanging DGR out to dry... nothing I can think of at least.
Have seen better deals but will rest easy assuming NM sees the upside of holding SOLG shares greater than the Down side of Tribecas terms.
And talking of our holding in SOLG..has anyone worked out what kind of buffer DGR/NM has over other plays for control of SOLG?
Just considering this in the case DGR is choosing to dine with Tribeca so as not to dilute the controlling holding in SOLG to risky levels....
