Read the Appendix 3 B carefully please, Allens. It is payment for bringing projects to company. Not really dilution and especially not in light of the 4.1 billion shares already on issue. Only 55 million shares to bring in 5 potentially Tier 1 Oz projects is a pretty cheap price to pay. Would you rather the company have paid out shareholders cash??? One last point shareholders approved part of this payment at the AGM last week.
