Fair point. How about just selling the operating assets anyway for $1? I think that if his listing was forced to repay debts, he'd be thinking about how he could take SBB private again at the absolute lowest cost to him. As for Askari's comment that listing in Australia was to help with expanding in Australia, I'm yet to see any evidence of that and not sure how listing here would help to achieve that goal, but who knows.
